Stand in the field. Select the parcel. Record the grower.
The Android app survey teams use in the field. The mauza's parcels are digitised in advance; the surveyor selects the parcel they are standing on, records the grower, the crop, the planting period or ratoon, the variety and the photos, and sends it for QC on the dashboard.

What a survey records
Everything the mill needs to know the field.
One survey is one parcel, one grower and one crop, with the evidence attached. Thousands of them, accepted by QC, become the mill's map.
- Parcel
- Selected from the pre-digitised map of the mauza, with its area in acres and kanals
- Grower
- CNIC, grower code, name, father's name, mobile
- Crop
- Sugarcane, cotton, maize, rice, wheat, orchards, vegetables
- Crop type
- Planting period or ratoon: February/March, September, Ratoon 1, Ratoon 2, After Wheat
- Variety
- From the mill's own list, over 100 spellings tracked
- Evidence
- Photos and the location they were taken from
Then QC
A survey is not a fact until someone accepts it.
Every survey lands in Map View on the dashboard, drawn on satellite imagery next to its neighbours.
- Review, edit, accept or reject each survey on the map
- Delete a wrong survey; assign a field task to survey it again
- Growers surveyed without a code are assigned one, and every record for that CNIC follows
- Accepted parcels feed the grower list, the satellite comparison and the reports
For vendors and teams
Work that is visible and auditable.
Survey vendors and the mill's own teams see their territories, their progress and their tasks, and the mill sees the same.
- Surveyor performance and survey analytics per territory
- Tasklist and Task View: assigned parcels, photo review, status and exports
- Territory assignment to surveyors and managers
- Every accepted parcel traceable to the surveyor who recorded it
